Why would a trollfuck like him actually do as he says and leave?
Trolls don't contribute as much as I have. Check my post history: the vast majority of my posts have been respectful and helpful, with the exception being times that I've had to deal with dolts like yourselves.
And I've decided to stay, as I decided not to let losers like yourselves ruin such a great informational source as these forums CAN be.

I wasn't insinuating that my posting history is in some way superior to yours. I was simply defending the notion that I was a troll, an assertion that with any mild research would prove to be completely asinine.
My issue with this thread is the amount of childish bickering and ego-driven "prove-it" posts and re-posts that were flying around. The fact is, I wouldn't have even commented had the bitch-fest not been between members I respected as knowledgeable and helpful contributors to these forums. Well, except for chessrock, but I find his asshole posts tend to mirror my own non-posted thoughts more often than not, so I let 'em slide

I'd appreciate it if you'd back off, drink a beer, and re-read all of my posts in this thread. For one reason or another, you're under the impression that I've called you a troll, when in fact, the past couple of threads I've posted were in defense of my own posting history, nothing more. My issue was with how you and the other two were having such an unprofessional childish pissing match, not with your posting history. In fact, if you took the time to read my posts instead of pushing the quote/reply button with such reckless abandon, you'd find that I actually complimented your disrespectful posts and compared them positively to my own thoughts on most occasions:

After receiving a number of complaints (not from the offended party, either), reading this entire thread, and doing a lot of thinking, I have come to the conclusion that for the good of the BBS, two people will have to go. I am now closing this thread and I humbly beg Steve.H and everyone else to stay.
I hate banning people, deleting posts, and censoring words or ideas. It's not my style at all (hell, I'm a Libertarian by nature). But I'm not going to let this place go down the tubes because a few selfish and immature people think they have the right to shit all over everybody else.
