ok, that link worked. This is a good catchy tune. Catchy, enough that I'm now still hearing it.

Man, the lead solo sounds really cool. The whole song is done nicely. Ok, that piano ending it pretty neat. Very cool ooohs at 2:35.

Good tune Joey. I really liked the tone on the leads. Im not a power ballad type guy, but this fits right in. Your always gonna have people who dont like a reverb on a vocal or a guitar tone, but its what you, or your band like. I never critique a tone (unless its real bad). I focus on the levels or overall mix. Thank goodness all tones are not the same or it would be cookie cutter music.

I know what you mean, Bush.....you can't please everybody.
But most of the comments here are always very valid, especially when they come from guys who know what they're doing. In the end though you have to be happy with what you've done.

You guys got a good point about the tone. Heck, I've been messing with the knobs like crazy just to get a good metal tone for my track. Then I'd try to mic the amp and see how it goes. The pedal has knobs, it sounds one way. It goes thru the amp which has more knobs, it changes the tone. The guitar being used has different pickups which also change the tone. Plus the extra noise from the distortions. It's tough business.

Right you are, BB....somehow once it's printed, it sounds different. It just takes so much time looking for that mic position and the right EQ. But it does work if you keep at it.
