I don't understand all of the flaming of people who pirate software. Sure, its wrong and they do deserve the flaming. but the result is that the OP has now become defensive and as such might have just reinforced his actions through rationalization. why not politely explain that you don't want to help people use cracked software and there are plenty of free alternatives?? many beginners read articles about waves that say that it is a must have product..... but we know that this could not be further from the truth. its just a piece of gear and no single piece of gear can make or break your recording. this person came here to learn. what better starting place??
