Cannot enable record.

I have a Yamaha audiogram 6 with Cubase Ai4. I have been playing around with for a few months and learning. Everything has been fine until tonight. I cannot enable record. When I press enable rec. on a track it will not highlite and it will not record. I must have pressed something I shoulnt have. HELP Please!
 
Maybe you left and right indicators are both at 0, or you have reversed them (end before beginning, strange but possible).
