Can you recommend me someone to make me a Flash based website for my music?

Hi, I need someone able to create me a flash website, html should be good I guess, I want to include some pictures, Tour dates (For later), A Forum, all the stuff, if you have a website in Flash, could you recommend me your programmer? Or send me a PM if you know how to do it so I can see your portfolio.

Music Style: Prog Metal

Budget: Cheaper the better!! But tell me your rates anyway, if the guy is worth it, It won't matter!!

As a person who visits websites. Please don't make a flash website! They're just terrible. Flash is never programmed well. The whole paradigm doesn't play nicely with web browsers. Make it in HTML with a good CMS.

Now, as a person who makes websites for a living:
My company (bombplates.com) does HTML websites for bands. It's $20 a month with a one month trial at signup. The sites let you upload photos, tour dates, blog, audio player, etc. We don't have forums included, but it's easy to link out to one of the many hosted forum options.
 
Have a look round your local unis/colleges, there'll be students advertising their services for free so they can get some experience.
 
Ohh good answers!!, I was checking some websites and I liked the style of Steve Vai's site, that's a flash website right? That's more or less what I want, it's not super fancy flash animated, but it has their "advantages"

Nope. That's HTML.
He's actually using Wordpress, which is a PHP Content Management System. (PHP generates HTML, and a CMS allows you to add new content without writing code).
It also looks like he has a very expensive custom theme on his Wordpress.
