Can anyone identify this directional microphone?

Hi

I've inherited a directional microphone but there are no markings on it to say what it is, who made it, etc. It's powered by a single AA battery and appears to work. Would anyone here recognise it?

I don't need it, so was just wondering whether to put it on eBay or in the bin

They were popular unbranded imports in the 80s - just a small electret in the end section that looks like a shotgun - maybe 25-30 on ebay from people who don't know. The one I had was branded Altai, but that's not really a make. I think they were made in Taiwan?
