Is there a way to connect a camcorder to a 424mkIII and record the sound from a tape?

They ususally have a line out somewhere on them so you can send line level video and audio to another VCR or a TV. Audio out to line in on the 424.

the camcorder is new. it came with a patch cord that hooks up to the computer. It has a video out and an audio out. It records sound very well. I'm thinking about using it as a mic with an acoustic guitar thru the recorder and see how it sounds.
