I usually burn a CD with my masterlink but I thought I would try it with the computer CD burner. The origional recordings were on an alesis hd24 24 bit. I cant burn them correctly as they are fast..speed up. It must be something with the bit settings I figure. Are'nt CD 's all 16 bit? How can I make this work. Jim

By definition, audio CD's are 16 bit and have a sample rate of 44,100.

Generally I would associate "speed" changes with differences in the sample rate, not with the bit depth. However, I would be very surprised if your CD burning software allows you to burn anything other than 16/44.1.

What software are you using for burning?
