Bulk Erasing 2" tape...

Anybody bulk erasing 2" tape and if so what are you using to successfully do it?

I have this monster Ampex SE-10 bulk eraser, but it is designed for 1" tape and I don't think I can make it work with 2".

I've not really tried this, but what about one of those hand held jobs used (or once used) for dictaphone? I have one, Its about the size of a small saucepan. I have used it to erase video tapes, I've not had occasion to recycle any tape just yet, so haven't used it for tape.

I have one of those made by Inmac that I got from Beck. Works great, but I'm not sure of its effectiveness for 2". Tim, if you see this do you know? IIRC they're good for 1/4" and 1/2" but for 1" you start hitting both sides of the reel? And then I don't know about 2" but somewhere/sometime the ideation entered my memory that it won't be sufficient for 2" tape.
