Broadcast MASTERING!!! Please help..

Hi fellas..
Im trying hard months and months to acomplish this..
My mixes suck on radio and TV..
Can you tell me what to do in the mastering process?

I've heard that TC Electronics have that "P2 Level Pilot Limiter for Postproduction and Broadcast industry" with a great presets about this thing.. Can someone tell me how this thing works and what kind of presets and measures (multiband) are there used so I can start something with? Please share your tips and experinces with radio and TV mixes and how did you acomplish that to sound good on every systems, radios and broadcasting..
