Wait, Do you mean you want to have your drum machine match your sequencer, but your drum machine is not adjustable? Did you record some midi work w/o listening to a metronome? If you're willing to record one of them to a wav file then you can time stretch the wave so it matches the length of the other.
If you want a formula to find the average BPM of a composition on your sequencer, you count the total number of beats in your song and divide it by the time of your composition (accurately as possible from the 1st beat to the last) in minutes.
For example, your song has 64 beats and is 30 seconds long from the attack of the 1st beat to the attack of the last (.5 minutes). 64 divided by .5 would give you 128 BPM.
