Beats per minute, so yes technically if your beat has not much "swing" in it you can lay it on top of a beat of twice or half the BMP, 4 times or 1/4, etc. You'll have to be more specific..

ok.
my drum machine is running at 100 bpm, then I open the sequencer, but i dont want to run it at 100 bpm, but if i dont run it at 100 bpm it´s gonna be out of time...
so,
how can I make them run without be out of time?
what's the formula of the BPM?

Wait, Do you mean you want to have your drum machine match your sequencer, but your drum machine is not adjustable? Did you record some midi work w/o listening to a metronome? If you're willing to record one of them to a wav file then you can time stretch the wave so it matches the length of the other.

If you want a formula to find the average BPM of a composition on your sequencer, you count the total number of beats in your song and divide it by the time of your composition (accurately as possible from the 1st beat to the last) in minutes.

For example, your song has 64 beats and is 30 seconds long from the attack of the 1st beat to the attack of the last (.5 minutes). 64 divided by .5 would give you 128 BPM.

This is kind of off topic but thought I'd throw it in... a yellow BPM calculator! Gives you the delay times, etc and it's yellow! With a smiley face! http://www.wizoo.com/ search for calculator and it'll pop up. It's yellow! And black! Like Stryper! Really helpful
