dude... if
that's all you had on mixmkr... then that is one
weak case...
come on chris... you're a lawyer,... you'd prolly get counter sued for slander if that was your closing argument.
Aside from the "pat on the back" reference (which was only used once by SC),
I share all of those little "quirks". I end my sentences with "eh?", use big words (lol

), I'm a drummer, but I
constantly spell rhythm wrong

... I use "gotta" (is there
supposed to be an apostrophe in that?!?

), and I commonly put words like "pro" or "amateur" in quotes (the guitar sounds pretty "amatuer"). And I have been pretty vocal about how there's a lot of back-patting and how we could use a little more "tough love" around here.
Now... I'm
not saying it was me... (although.. I
am feelin' kinda degected that I didn't get any votes.

)

I'm just saying that a couple pretty common linguistic traits are hardy enough to convict anyone of this, or even point a reasonable amount of doubt their way.
I'm glad FLG is posting this, (you da man!!

) so I can see what happened for myself and draw my own conclusions.
