Hey Guys Im new here,
Just needing some advice on what to purchase for home demo's.
I already own a Br-1180 and have used that for a few years.
Its ok but nothing that great!
I was thinking about buying the Br-1600 as I'm already accustomed to some degree with boss's digital recording.
(i still cannot figure out how to burn off live drum tracks into wav files to export to protools)
So anyway Im either going to buy the 1600 or should I just get into protools instead?
I would like a higher quality way of capturing real live drums and thought if i got the 16000 with 8 mic inputs would def be a higher upgrade for sound quality.
I would then dump it into my friends pro tools and do the guitars and vocals that way...
I already own a macbook pro , so would that be enough to get protools?
Any opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
