Blue mics and VTB1 vs. RNP

I am interested in the BLUE Baby Bottle and the Ball. Since these two mics apparently have a 50 ohm impedance, would they be particularly well matched to the Studio Projects VTB1 (which has a 50 ohm input switch option), or is this not that big a deal? If the latter is the case, then would the RNP be a better match to these mics?

I would automatically assume that since the RNP is a much better preamp that it would be much better.
I have no idea about the 50ohm thing, anyone?
