Blow out on MXL V67's at Mars

My local Mars is blowing out V67's for $85 bucks(or $87).

These do NOT say Mogami on them. Those are still at $99.00.

Is there anything I should be wary of with these?
Thats a good enough price for me to get another mic, which I probably dont need right now, but I dont have a LD mic, so...

They said they are not returns.

Just curious if anybody knows of any pitfalls/

Go for it. The V67 is a great mic.
