Can yous listen to the guitars especially and let us know what you think of the tones. 1 on the left and 1 on the right. (mistake at 3:38where left guitar cuts out!) Pro touch. :P

Nice voice.

Guitars sound a little thin . The R channel GTR is very bright with a lot of fret noise and is a little high in the mix. Good song. I am really impressed by your vocalist. I love the timber of his voice especially around :47 when he goes up a little. I would like to hear more. Do you guys have a mailing list?

Yeah I took alot of the lo end out of the gutiars. I was just doing a quiick mix making sure everything was clear.
I just finished recording the drums in the studio and we are about to add the rest of the intruments within the next few weeks.

The song is pretty neat. The guitar tones clean are real nice. The 1:55 and so, the dist. tone is a little thin. BUT that could be the work computer. BTW, the dist. tone is real nice once the bass plays along. :)

The singer sounds like he need depth. I mean the vox. Not the singer. The singer is pretty cool. Maybe more verb or slight delay on the vox. :)

Towards the end the dist rhythm could probably be raised along with the bass to just give the building up the song feeling. :)

Yes the guitar tones are "Real" guitar tones. Well 1 of the distorted guitars is processed using a Boss GT6 but then through a tube amp and cab.

When I go to track for real I am not going to use my GT6 but I will try out combinations of amp distortion and distortion pedals for my distortion and the other distorted guitar will be pure amp tone.

By thin you mean the lo end isnt very thick? Or even there!

Does anyone know any good Distortion pedals that would suit this style of song?

Cool man, good job with the dynamics in the mix.
At 1:27 some of the percussion sticks out a bit too much to my ears. In fact, all the instruments sound kind of up front, but the vox sound verbed and in the distance a bit. Maybe bring up the volume or lower the verb there.
I like the clean guitar sound, electrics sound like they could have a bit more definition.
Anyway, just what I hear... otherwise mix sounds pretty good and the song is cool :cool:
 
00:27 a very big acoustic squeak....

The intro approach rocks....the buildup takes one to a place of expection....and delight follows, at finding what you expected to be there.

I have love Serotone's vocalist style and tone...it gives me goosebumps as does the other songs.

Love the drumming attack.

That being said, the drums and the vocals dominate the tune. The bass has not much definition and what I hear of it, is good bass. I would like to hear it better though.

No guitar solo~? :( I can hear one....in my head. :D

The abrupt end is great.

I can't give you all the proper terms, only try to explain what I hear or don't hear...hope you understand my jibble.

Yea there is a guitar solo on the second half of the last chorus, but I didnt boost it enough.
