Im looking for a plugin that can be used to make soft, meditative, new age/spa music.

I feel it.

I'm not really a synthesizer connoisseur so I make any suggestions but you must also keep in mind that if you don't know how to use the synthesizer, then it doesn't matter what synth you have. I'm not making any implications as I don't know you but keep that in mind as always.

Native Instruments absynth has a lot of space age sounds like that. Go to the Native Instruments site and sample some of their products.
