There is yet to come a tuner with a buildt in noise gate!!!
I suppose you mean a tunerpedal with a mute function?
Akai has one with true bypass, the Boss is ok too.
BUT, if you need the best performance, buy a high quality tuner, and use a passive a/b box to switch to tuner and mute.

I'd agree with Neve. If tone is a big concern than keep the tuner out of your actual signal path and use a splitter to feed it. I haven't seen a tuner/noise gate either.
Volume pedals can make good splitters and some of them have bypasses so that one signal gets muted while the other is still live. That way you mute your amp signal while the tuner still gets a signal.

Most tuners are best kept out of your signal path... (see above)... but if you are looking for a great tuner, look into the Peterson VT-1 Virtual Strobe tuner, I just got one and can't believe how much I like it...
