best midi keyboard for this budget and features wanted?

for a keyboard that would fit my budget and my needs, and i think my best bet would be the M-Audio Ketstation 88 es.

This is what I've been looking for:
- USB capabilities
- 88 keys
- Weighted Action (Although the M-Audio is only semi weighted)
- Velocity capable
- Controllers
- Pedal Inputs
- Cheap

Would this be the best deal being that I can get it for somewhere in price range of 150-199 or do you guys know of something better with all that I need?

m-audio has my vote!

Although it's not 88 keys, I really love my keystation 61es, must admit I'm also using their audiophile 192 soundcard, along with some other m-audio stuff! I think for the quality (and price) you can not do better!
 
Keystation or a used studiologic I don't know if they have usb on them though.
