Where are you seeing this "MXL recording pack" at? At that price I'm betting it's the V67.
I think the Marshall MXLV67G is a great mic. I've never heard the V69 before... but, I think I remember Harvey saying he like's both the V67 and V69... and the V69 sounds like a V67 on steroids
Yup, the pictured mic is definitely a v69, "mogami edition" mic (which is the only version of the v69 I'm aware of; maybe MXL used to make a different one, but I've never heard of it).
What currency is that? What's it convert to in US dollars? And what does this "pack" come with? Is it just 2 mics? Or with shockmounts, or cords, or case???
I have the AT4040 and it sounds great. The low cut filter and -10Db pad switches on the mic are nice options and have come in very handy in my experience. For $299.00 this mic comes with a foam padded carrying case and a shock mount.

I'm almost positive that the MXL "pack" consists of 1x 2001 and 1x 603.
And since you will throw away the 2001 and can get the 603 for what? $80? it's a bad deal...
The MXL V69 is for sale at that same dutch store, but costs 289 euro's (+/- US$345)
Isn't the 2001 one of those mic's that works with all of the mic mods that have been published in Tape Op and the other recording mag's in the last year or so? You could look at it as buying a 603 and a project mic.
