Best Gauge Wire for Amp to Mixer Cable

Two things. First, that's RG-6 coax. That would be suitable for RF (TV signal) or baseband video or S/PDIF digital signals. Not for audio.
As far as copper coated steel, the signal travel on the skin of the conductors, not inside of it.

LOL! I couldn't help it! :D Though I'll probably not be using the component-to-coaxial conversion method. This RCA cable should be sufficient, though I may still tie it in with a coaxial connection if it's not long enough.

As for the webcast, it'll most likely be on my Justin.tv site on October 6 (PDT), although I might create a new user for it. ^_^"
