Power Tracks Anyone?
Has anyone besides me tried Power Tracks? It works well but is kind of difficult when it comes to MIDI recording.
Also, it will convert your wave files into it's own format. You end up with one gigantic *.seq file and have to export your tracks to get your modified tracks back out of it.
Another thing thing I don't like is that it does not allow you to add effects or change the effects you have chosen, in real time. You preview the effect on your selected portion of a track and then it is applied to the track if you choose to do so. Kind of cumbersome. I don't know if you can remove the effect or not. Never tried it.
I mainly use a BR8. After reading my post, I think I don't like Power Tracks that much. I am going to try Reaper after what surfmaster has said about it.
