best amp.

I want to buy a new amp. Price doesnt matter to me at all. Ive been looking at the Peavey 6505+, Krank Revolution, Framus Cobra, Engl Powerball, and ive heard alot about carvin, vht, and bogners. I want an amp that can work for the heaviest of metal and sound insane. can anyone give sound examples of any of these? thank you.

If price is no option, there's this amp brand Deizel. I think only big wig rockstars can get them, but????? Adam Jones used one on the last tool album. It sounds pretty rock'in.

That isn't the only amp Adam used on the last tool album, there were actually 4 different amps involved. While the Diezel kicks ass it is not the only amp you hear on that record.

You are correct my friend. the deizel and the marshall were tracked by themselves while the others were on one by themseleves. I also read he doesn't use any channel switching, just volume knob or pedal.

Corgan also used this amp on his solo album i believe.

Money is no option buy all of them.

BTW I'll give a detailed report of Adam's rig on Jun 22nd when I see them live. HAHA only 15 rows back, my balls tingle.

me likey the Bogner Uberschall. kickass amp! now i've never actually physically touched one, but i've heard one at a live show. it was awesome.

dude the 6505+ is a reeaally nice amp for metal. a LOT of guys in the hardcore/grindcore/death metal scene use 'em. ibanez/jackson guitars a peavey/krank/marshall amps it seems to be anymore in that scene

Its all personal taste, but I think Hughes and Kettner is the best.
