Hi Guys,
My name is John DiNicola, and I am a Product Specialist with the MUSIC Group (BEHRINGER). I wanted to jump in here and offer assistance with any questions regarding the X32, as I have been using it in the recording environment for some time now. Howdy John - and thanks for hopping on board here at Home Recording with your generous offer.

I found the Webinars that yourself and Joe produced to be very helpful. Even before my purchase of the X32!
Kinda swayed my choice to the purchase of the X32 over other companies digital consoles. ;)

I did try to register the X32. Couldn't to get it done (page error), twice! ... and seeing that Am getting a second one delivered tomorrow I would like it if you could post a solid link to accomplish this task.

Hi guys,

We have just taken delivery of a nice shiny new Behringer X32..... Ummmm what can i say apart from its good, very good in fact.
Ok it doesnt quite sound like our Midas XL3 nor even a Venice but its miles ahead a Yam LS9.

The problem i am sure we we find is it has the ''B'' word on it and no matter how good it might be its not going to to rider friendly.

So why did we buy it then you may ask. That's simple, the £1700 price tag makes this desk the best on the market for the money and as long as it doesn't crash or go silly on us we will buy the smaller X32 16 channel as well.

I guess only time will tell.

Interesting.

You know I just got a bunch of riders in for this summers concert tours and within them they state what they would like to see for the FOH consoles - now get this - They said as far as digital consoles go ... most are fine but absolutely NO PRESONUS.

Only goes to show ya.

Am with you as well Tim. I thought that I would be buried with my analog Midis consoles yet here I am with the purchase of TWO X32s. :thumbs up:

Am I able to use a CAT6 cable apposed to the CAT5 cable to connect the X32 to the S16?

...you do realise that you don't need two consoles to do stereo don't you? Believe it or not, the x32 can handle stereo internally!

:laughings: LOL :thumbs up:

And here I was thinking that I needed a matching pair. :D

It's just that I'll need them both (And maybe more!) for we do 4 to 5 separate shows with separate crews per day ... through out the summer. Indoors and out.

Another question for John DiN ....

I have found no info pertaining to the internal battery for the X32.
Was wondering how long it might last, what kind of battery it is and how would one change it if needed.

That's great to hear. I'm so pleased you took the plunge Henry and i am even more pleased its gold.
NICE 1 :thumbs up:

I got it in the live event forum, Bob.

*The dinosaur Petting Zoo*. It's a children's show. Puppeteers with a whole lotta wireless microphones and play back cues.

A bunch of guys and gals from OZ!
