behringer B2 condenser

hey i was gonna pick up another behringer b2 condenser mic ( the first one i got is great ) Now i notice the ones in musicians friend and wherever say b2 "pro" is there a difference? I want to know b/c i am using them as overheads on my drums, and want them to sound the same. any other suggestions for overheads would help too!!! thanx!
 
so it just has different patterns? as long as i can get it to sound the same as the other i dont care
 
I never had a chance to compare their internal electronics, but would think that they are different, at least in capsule's polarizing voltage arrangement. The fig 8 pattern needs a voltage converter, so it might be somewhere around 60v for a half of the capsule. I am not sure if B2 "not pro" has a converter, so the polarazing voltage is 48v (the phantom power one). But don't take my word for it.
