Been Away For Awhile

Sounded great!Been away was off the hook.Do you flow or just make beats?What did you use to record with(drum machine,sampler,recorder,mixer,ect.)?
 
The Wess: Ice Cube - Bow Down (Same sound... Probably sampled from the song itself because of the 'mastered' character of the sound he uses)

Been Away For Awhile: Eminem feat. D-12 - Under The Influence (Don't you hear eminem saying ' Soooo, you can suck my dick if you don't like my shit... Melody starting the same way but ending in another way....)

(P.S.: You can't sample rap artists... Except if you make a remix... But that's a different thing because the name of the song remains the same... Also, you can't copy part or whole melodies either... Don't get me wrong here, it happens sometimes that you just put 3 or 4 notes that sound the same but you don't notice first... but here, it's way more than 4 notes... :D)

what do the explicitly hypocritical people get punished with (i.e. phreedom) on this forum...i'm sure nothing, but something should be done. =)
