Hi ya, just a first timer,
i have made a few beats at 80 to 85 bpm (soul tracks) and i just wanted to find out if 1 bar is equal to the complete repeat of your drum pattern. I.e.
see my description below:
Lets say bar 1, i have drum, snare ,drum, snare on beats 1 to 4 respectively on bar 2 i have drum, congo, snare, drum ,congo, snare, beats 1 and 3 holding the drums and beat 2 and 4 the snare with the congo positioned in between.
bar 3 hold bar 1 elements and bar 4 holds bar 2 elements.
do i have here 4 bars or 2 bars as bars 3 is a repeat of bar 1 and bar 4 a repeat of bar 2.
cheers
