I think I caught that one on Soundclick, some time ago,...

didn't I?.. ;)

Either that, or there's another cover of this song that sounds remarkably similar to yours! BTW, what's your Soundclick band name? Gotta Soundclick link that works?

... Good sound quality on 4no1 !!! ;)

My soundclick band name isWarren Jenks , i dunno why the songlinks from there aren't working  , i always use that linking tool on the admin page??.

BTW really liked listening to your fabs covers, you've done a great job on some of my all time fave tunes.

Thank you!

I've added your tune to "my station".

The one I thought sounded remarkably similar to yours would be on:
http://www.soundclick.com/hornesa ... so go check it out. The performance is similar, but yours has markedly superior sound quality.

Anyway, Beatles' covers rock! No doubt, there's more to come! As I said, Ringo's gotta represent! I may work up more Beatles tunz for'ya again soon, as yet TBD! Actually, I may have more in the "archives" as yet not posted, so stand by for that.

Thanx again!!! ;)

Thanks very much for the add  , i've just listened to that other cover and i see what you mean about the similarity of the performances :D . I love the firebox, this was the first thing i did on it (bout 15mths ago) and thanks mainly to this board i now think im getting a decent recorded sound out of it!.

Ringo has so many cool songs, "photograph" "no no song" and "it dont come easy" are my faves and of course "octopus garden" would be great fun to attempt!!!, anyway looking forward to hearing more beatles soon.

Thanks for your kind comments about the cover!, i've never met another "warren" in person :D , my dad said he picked my name out of a book with his eyes closed and probably after a few beers!!, but i like it, it makes a change i suppose from the norm :) .

mister moonlight

Cool!...very authentic right down to the organ and the harmonies. Great vocals. This is from Beatles for Sale, isn't it? I have never heard anyone cover this tune. Nice goin'!

I Wanna Be Your Man is cool too. I wish I could hear the guitars a little more in relation to the vocals, but still, very well done.

I have nothing new,...

so here's a blast from 1982!   ;)

Not a Second Time! ;)

This one was of my first "overdubbed" recordings using the crude tape-to-tape dubbing method with two cassette decks, one of which conveniently switched to mono. Notice the two discrete voice/guitar tracks on the right and left. I was laying it down for'ya at the young age of 21.  ;)

Here Comes the Sun

Not much like the original. A stylized version, heh. I might still add a bass to it.

Edit: just tweaked the EQ and uploaded again.
