BCF 2000 fader

Hey guys, fader number one on my Bcf 2000 is not completely working. You can move it up fine but when you try to move it down it only goes down to a certain point. Do I need to open up the unit and take a look, or reset the configurations? Help is greatly appreciated.

Try to download the default presets from behringer.com and load them to your BCF! Then turn it off for a few seconds! Turn it on again but this time with the 1st button (up, left) pressed! The screen will saw for a sec "bC" if I remember right. Try it and tell me if the problem still exists!!!
