The links work fine...at least the one for Little Planet, which is all I checked.
Very Buddy Holly!
I don't know whether this is because of how your WMA encoding was set, but the playback sounds like it's in mono.
Is there anything there but the guitar(s) and the lead vocal? Is there anything you're going to add, like bass or percussion or panning? If the answer to the second one is "yes", then it's too premature to rate or analyze anything. How things sound now with just the two instruments tell us little about how well they'll sound once you add the rest of the stuff.
If what's there is it, then I'd say that it begs for a bass line at least, there's no low end at all. Also, I think you could back off on some of the guitar distortion. Without any bass to balance it off, it just sounds over-mid-dy and over-sustained. I'd accent the rhythm just a bit more to set a groove rather than almost totally wash it out with all that sustain. I'd also introduce at least some panning or stereo soundcrafting to it rather than just throw everything down the center.
But of course if you're adding other instruments, this opinion could change for the final mix.
Finally, I'd move this thread to the MP3 clinic where this kind of peer review stuff is normally handled
