Cool! Barcus Berry Piano Transducer System

Anyone had a great experience with this thing besides me?

I use one on the grand piano at my church, and it really works great, huge gain before feedback, and we can finally hear the piano in the monitors!

Not so great for recording, unless your mic options are limited, and you don't mind a mono sound. But a wonderful live sound tool.:)

We tried one for one concert

I think it depends on the piano. On our Steinway D9 it doesn't work as well as other micing methods. I have heard a Yamaha with a pair of them that sounded very nice.
