Does anyone know how to backup my old quadraverb custom presets to my computer, so that I could create a new set/library, etc. and restore -kinda like I should be able to with sounddiver 3.0, but something that actually works ?[sounddiver has caused me a great big headache, see midi forum]
I downloaded a small utility from the alesis page called FREELOADER, will this allow me to dump the presets back and forth ?
At the same site they mention something called MIDIEX, is this something that could be used/
Please someone give me a hand here, I'm dying!!!!!
Any help would be mucho appreciated,
Thanks

I know you mentioned something for your computer but I have a solution that I've been using in my guitar rig. Alesis used to make an item called the Datadisk. Basically this is a rack mounted 3.5" floppy with MIDI connects. For me this is perfect since I can reload my effect presets in seconds at home or at a gig in event of a catostrophic memory loss. It literally take seconds.
Alesis doesn't make them anymore but I got mine used in pristine condition for like $50. There are a ton of these things out there.

My$0.02

Here is a pic of mine.

Yo chernman, thank you VERY much for replying, I searched out a lil shareware program called "QUAD-PATCHER" that accomplishes exactly what I needed.
Found it at
harmonycentral.com
again, THANK YOU
