Hey, does anyone know if n-track has any capability to extract the audio from an .avi movie? If not, is there a good cheap alternate solution anyone can think of? Maybe a cheap wave editor that will import .avi audio?

N-Track wont do it.....

Goldwave will....
www.goldwave.com

just use the 'open' function to open the file, and then save it however you want it saved (.wav, .mp3,etc)

Thanks - that worked flawlessly!

I downloaded Goldwave, intending to just use it for extracting .avi audio, but I may end up registering it and using it - pretty cool for $40!
