Actually, we are talking about a second hand version. He said he bought it on Ebay for $39.00... That means it is a second hand product, regardless if it's educational or not.Silverwulf said:Yeah, educational versions imply that students buy them. We're talking about educational versions, not second hand versions of editions or pirated copies.

Sorry for that, but the only way properly to deal with the point is with a large quote!

I bought the product off ebay.
I talked to Adobe, they didn't care.
I bought the upgrade. It worked.
Done.
I liked 1.5 better. They changed everything. I may return it. I have 30 days.

If I use real time effects, they generate serious artifacts.. that never happened in 1.5.
They changed the play button on the transport bar.. The > and the > with the circle switched places.. It drives me crazy.
The whole performance of the program seems to have degraded.
I'm running a 1.7 G processor with 768 megs of ram and it runs crappy. 1.5 ran fine.
Mind you, this could all be good enhancements, I might not have it configured correct, since I don't really understand what they did with the ASIO drivers.. I was just used to CEP and AA1.5... this is a big change.

Total Training was great for 1.5 but it cost extra ($149.00) so why Adobe would just give it away is questionable. (BTW: I would buy it since I don’t like to go through manuals every time I have a question)
