Audio-only CDs!!??

I've read something about burning to audio only CDs in one of the threads, but can't remember where..can't find it...anyway I'll ask again....I read something like "CDs can't be professionally duplicated if the material wasn't burnt on audio only CDs.." or something like that....maybe I just missunderstood the whole thing...but anyway...On what sort of CDs would you burn your final mastered material, so that it's compatible for the further copying or wahtever....or perhaps it doeasnt even matter....that thread confused me a bit....
