currently I'm recording thru my computers 1/8" input. Now I am wanting to get an audio interface.

I haven't seen many interfaces with digital in, always digital out.
So what I am wondering is.
1. Does it matter if I don't use a digital in?
2. Will I want to upgrade from the behringer ? ( everything will be going into it from my digital mixer)
3. Or should I just get an ever cheaper AI ? http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/Transit.html
