it really is brand new box and all, he just got it from me and unless he set it on fire in the last week, it should be like "fan-tas-tic"!!!:)

So just out of curiousity, why are you turning it over in a week?
 
I was gonna try to overhead it with my 4033, ugh, they hate eack other. I've got other mics that can do what the 4040 does and it is in the best shape for swapping or selling.
