At 4040, AT 4060 or Rode nt1a for Male Vocals?

hello guys, i am new here....
i was just wondering which of the above mic will suit male vocals.. yes, yes i know that no mic is perfect for everyone...:rolleyes: but still... those who've used the above mics.. please compare them and help me which one shud i go with...
and yeah.... i am just looking for VOCAL quality of theses mics...
my genre wud be mainly pop, indie, alternative....
so basically i am looking for "Smooth n Clean" Vocals..
any help regarding the same will be appreciated!!

plzz guys , help me get through the trap, i dont wanna be a victim of advertising.:(
 
you picked 3 mics that are vastly different in price. The 4060 is like three times the cost of the NT1-a.

Victim? Don't worry its your right as a consumer to return anything your not happy with. If you find some good reviews from PROS about any mic chances are its a good mic but to find out for yourself you just need to buy it from a shop with a good return policy.
There are a lot of cheap condensers (£60-£100) that give a very good sound and considering both these mics aren't the cheapest you can get they are probably both very nice on vocals but have a different sound so its just up to what sound you prefer personally.. I would go with AT but that's just me.Or get a cheaper mic like a SP B1 and don't risk so much money depends what you want...
