are these really lace sensors?

I have a strat (mex) and the pickups are lace sensor, i think...
they dont says "fender lace sensor" just "lace sensor" and they got a logo of AGI carved on them.
are they lace sensor pre-fender or what?
also they are 3 conductor

AGI (Actodyne General Inc) is the company that makes Lace-Sensors for Fender. The exclusivity agreement ran out, so they are not always (perhaps even usually) labeled "Fender" anymore.
