I'm trying to decide what impedance of headphones to buy to go with the M-audio 410 interface working with Cubase SX

& well I'm stumped can anyone help as there seems to be no mention of impedance in the 410 manual

can anyone shed some light

I used to have one...never seemed to have problems with my headphones though...I wouldn't worry about it...it's a good interface

& out sheer curiosity, what cans & impedance where they??

I'm looking at something around 50-80 ohms

this my only experience with M-audio & indeed cubase as I'm helping a friend get it working smoothly (I'm a protools freak)

When i HAD the 410, i used a 70 ohms at 1kHz headphones. it was a Sony one but i cannot recall what model it was.
