Anyone own a Tama G-Maple Starclassic Snare?

Im thinking about picking one of these up. Does anyone own one? SOund Good? What size do you have? Im looking at the 8x14 rather than the 6x14.
Would you buy one again?

It's nice to have in the toolbox, but it's not my main snare. I use a mapex hammered-steel snare for most of my rock work. The Tama has a very nice tone but is rather quiet for my tastes. Tuned tight, it makes a nice jazz/fusion sound. Nice drum, all around. Mine is the 6x14. I have no experience with the 8x14. Sorry.
