Anyone know where to find the first models of the studio projects c1?

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the first models of the studio projects c1? I read on a website that the c1's sounded better before they added the -10db pad and the lowcut switch. These were the first models but all i've ever seen were the ones with the switches. I tried ebay but i didn't find anything.
