Any NH/ME/MA guys doing a room?

"Owens corning equivalent" can mean almost anything... I'd want to know why these are for sale.
 
Well I suppose that's true. Like any Craigslist deal due diligence is required but they look homemade and the materials and dimensions would indicate the guy did some homework first. I'm guessing he's moving. Dunno. Too late for me to jump on - thought I'd pass it on.
