Another Event 20/20 & Amp question.

I was considering making a purchase of a pair of Event 20/20's reference monitors, but - after just reading a reply to a similar posting - I am not so sure. It was stated, in this reply, that the power output of the amp should be at least 150% of what the monitors are rated for. As the Events are rated at 150/200w I take this to mean that my Alesis RA100 would be ill suited for the task. Could someone please share with me what would be the best monitors for my amp?

I can't think of a worse amp for studio reference monitoring. Until you hear the same monitors through an Hafler compared to the Alesis, you won't know the world of difference between the two amps. Really, it is obvious.
