Another acoustic/vocal tune needing critique

Stretching my very limited vocal abilities quite a bit here. I've tried retracking several areas but I can't seem to get it any better.

Should I keep or trash this?

It is the very first one called "Here With Me."

I can't seem to make things work for some reason. I could've sworn it was there before we left the house to go see Rambo. Awesome movie by the way!
