I heard this song this summer and the track is amazing. Its been played on the radio and is entitled "Ooh Aaa Remix" by a group named "3pc" out of Chicago. I am trying to achieve a song close to theirs. I heard that they didnt have an excellent studio facility and high end keyboards when doing this song. I wonder if you pros could analyze the following things for me.
1) Do you know what keyboards or modules they used?
2) Name all of the vocal effects you hear in the song; and how you think the engineer used them.
3) How did they get the sound so full, but airy at the same time?
4) What outboard gear or software do you think they recorded this on? Analog sounding or Digital Sounding?
5) Anything else you noticed that made the track so HOT???
