Analog/digital Mixer with built-in bluetooth, recorder and USB?

Hi all,

I've been reading a lot on here but never posted any question, so here it is. My band performs karaoke (2 mics, streaming beat via bluetooth from ipad) and sometimes acoustic shows (2 mics, 1 acoustic guitar, 1 keyboard, 1 cajon). I am in the look a perfect (even there is no such thing, though) digital/analog mixer that:

- Has at least 12 inputs.
- Has on-board FX.
- Has built-in bluetooth input (for phone or tablet playblack).
- Has built-in multi-track/stereo recording to SD card or USB drive.
- Has multi-track recording to DAW via USB (or firewire).

And I narrowed my list down to:
- Presonus Studiolive AR12/16
- Tascam Model 24

Dilemmas:
- Presonus Studiolive AR12/22: ordered 2, returned both, had issue with faders cracking/popping noise and SD card recorder makes repeated popping noise.
- Tascam Model 24: TOO big and has way more inputs than I need, wish they had a Model 12 or 16.

I know I would have a lot more options(Zoom Livetrak L-12, Behringer UFX1204, Mackie Onyx 1220i) if I buy a separated bluetooth module but I would love to have a built-in one as I use this function a lot.

Any comments are appreciated, thank you!

Were the two Presonus troubled ones new? (See below..

Only did a quick look at the unit but was curious though, is the Bluetooth feature a built in receiver -or?

I've seen enough trouble with lower end analog mixers that I'll lay out on this, but I'm sure you'll be getting some actual help here as well. :>)
