So I'm a guy, right, and I said "forget the stupid manual, I'll figure this baby out." And I did.
I did a very good job.
Until I was doing some automation on the end of a long project. I had the "write" button down and I muted a horn track that I didn't want to hear while I was working on the bass.
Stupid me, when I went to read through my automation later, it muted the horn tracks.
Oh, no problem, I'll just go through the few seconds that were muted with the mute button held upwards.
Woops, can't do that in Cubase. I ended up having to copy all the events to a new channel and leave the "muted" channel empty.
Anyone know how to fix this so I can go back to where I was originally? How do I turn off the automated muting?!?
Thanks!

you just click the mute button again! ...
.. i call it the Tracker) just before that, then you won't have to look so far down the event list.
