Amplitube Problems

Hey there, I'm really new to this whole thing and I'm even having problems getting my basic software to work.

So far I'm using Cakewalk GuitarPro 3 and Cakewalk Sonar 4 Producer. In the Plugins folder I have both Amplitube LE and the full version of Amplitube along with about 200 presets for both. While in either GT3 or Sonar, I can open up Amplitube and fiddle with it all I want - that works great. I can even save my settings as .amps files, however, I cannot open or load any of the presets or the settings that I have saved myself. I can't figure out why it won't open any of them.

If anyone has experienced this before and has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

This isn't meant to sound sarcastic but have you contacted IK Multimedia???

COntant IK for sure. I had a similar problem with the SE version that came with Protools. It wouldn't remember settings after I closed the session. IK released a patch for it and now it's working fine.
